Our approach to project management is based on PRINCE2 principles (the standard UK government method for project management), the use of which ensures consistent, measurable and accountable results are maintained throughout your project from start to completion.
We will work closely with you to define a bespoke solution in line with your project requirements. You will be assigned a dedicated Mango Studio Project Manager who will scope and manage your project to ensure that all your needs are met within your timescale and your budget.
Mango Studio has developed an exacting interface design project management process we call MangoBox. Accessible to our clients from our website, clients can log in and view the progress of their project throughout its duration, keeping them informed at every stage. This innovative communication tool increases productivity and improves efficiency resulting in the consistent delivery of our projects on time and within budget.
Our PPD method is divided into five distinct phases which are aimed at meeting your exact requirements. Phases 1 and 2 involve identifying your business vision, gaining an understanding of precisely how you see your business moving forwards and discovering how you hope to achieve these objectives. These initial stages help us to understand your business and your vision and ensure that we working from the same page. During Phase 3, your project manager will work closely with you to design a solution that is aligned precisely with your future vision and business objectives. Finally, Phases 4 and 5 will involve the technical production and delivery of your specifically designed solution.
